"We had a great stay at Mercure. The breakfast spread was awesome and service staff was absolutely attentive. I am grateful to the receptionist at the cable car station who processed our check-in with not too much hassle as my husband’s English name was not in the passport hence did not match with the booking’s name. "Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....
