"Your hotel is AMAZING!! We love the decor throughout the hotel is tastefully done in authentic Vietnamese way. The staff at the reception and restaurant are incredible. "Absolutely amazing staff! Room cleaning service was actually too good, they clean and change the sheets too much. Food was okay, not sure about if they have bakery in-house, but all pastry / sweets are delicious. One thing though, some facilities are not on 5 star level at all. Main pool planks MUST be changed guys. Especially around the kids area they're too worn out, some places have rusty screws sticking out.
