The governors suite is advertised as having a private bathroom but we were confused to find it at the opposite end of the hall near other rooms so we had to walk down the hall with our toiletries - not what we thought we were booking. However, the night before when I called to be sure we were all set and confirm the reservation by phone, I got re-routed to the wrong hotel out west somewhere. It took 2 tries to be connected to the actual location where we were to stay. It would be easier if you gave the Danvers Mass direct number on the site rather than a general phone number for ALL the properties.
