"The activities, dining options, parking and security made all the difference. The area outside the facility could make a person worry but we stayed on the premises and enjoyed being there. We’ve toured Graceland on a previous trip so this time we stayed at the Guesthouse. The patrons were pleasant as well. The rooms did need some cleaning. There’s mildew in the shower and at the vanity. The carpet had crumbs and the bathroom has dirt along the floor. I would recommend this resort. "

"Hotel room was clean and the area was quiet and safe......not too far from the main attractions.......about 1.5 miles away from the action (walking distance for us) i.e. Broadway and 4th Ave. The price was reasonable for the one night stay Sunday to Monday. The important thing was the rest. 7-9 hours and we were up and running. Didn't care how many channels the TV had.
