"Room was well appointed. Hotel was clean, well located, offered plenty of dining options, and valet parking was easy. Our staff was very friendly, and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor, located just below the rooftop bar…so a bit noisy until they closed. Not a big deal, but worth noting."

"What a beautiful, historic property! That being said, the word “historic” is code for “no elevator”. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to all the tourist spots, and every staff member was friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a nicer stay, and we hope to be back soon!"

Not happy about all the extra fees and still trying to resolve the pricing. We loved the restaurants in the hotel with extra incentives to dine there.
