"The staff and the facility were very nice. The only problem was the stopper in the bathroom sink was inoperable and the curved bar which holds the shower curtains had been damaged by a prior guest. Once these repairs are made they would get five stars on everything. As to the eco-friendliness of the hotel, frankly, I'm sick of this political nonsense. I don't stay at a hotel to evaluate their water usage or how their laundry works. I stay at the hotel for my purposes not the political purposes...

"Ok if you are a traveller you will appreciate this Hotel if you are looking for all the right facilities at an amazing price. If you are a 5 star snob this is not your place nor is it priced that way. We had an amazing, comfortable and delightful stay. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge with a small kitchenette and dining table a pull out couch and very efficient A/C. Super clean. You are located close to the subway and taxis are easy to hail. Theirs a muni plex...

"Beautiful hotel! Great staff & excellent service. Soundproof rooms so no noise disturbance. The hotel also offers the best breakfast service I have ever seen with different stations catering to all tastes. The location is in a busy area which can be convenient for shopping. "
