Arriving late on an international flight, the convenience of the shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was a welcome relief. Even though our visit was a quick turnaround – arriving late one night and departing the following afternoon – the staff made us feel like valued, long-term guests. Their attentiveness and genuine warmth were truly remarkable. The hotel offers a convenient golf cart service to navigate the grounds and reach the dining options swiftly. "Good location and five star service throughput, this is a classy establishment and has a grand style. Location and facilities are good, great shopping and dining options available and close to Petronas towers however a tour would require booking in advance before your stay. The rooms are starting to look a little dated however all adds to the charm."
