"I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre. "

"The room keen to refurbish. Air conditioning unable to control the temperature due to broken controller. No disposable toothbrush available in the shower room. Shower room’s water temperature is not warm enough. "

"The hotel is close to the train station but the area around hotel was dirty and many homeless people sleeping on sidewalks. The river walkway and night market two street over was great. The bed was really comfortable but room showing lots of signs of age. And mold in the bathroom could use a scrub. Good night sleep and it served its one night purpose. "

"Convenient location and amenities. Comfortable stay. Front of house was wonderful. The only complaint is that I asked for cutlery to be brought up to my room, waited 20 minutes, rang them again and waited another 20 mins. Nothing arrived, I finally rang them back and told them not to bother but to note it down. There wasn't any recovery done. It was a minor issue but I was surprised that nobody apologised for the tardiness especially when front of house was so service orientated. A little...
