I enjoyed staying in the resort. It’s near to many shopping areas with a short ride on grab or taxi. Not sure if you have a shuttle but it would be nice if there is a shuttle to a nearby shopping area. I didn’t have a lot of time to explore cos was on business trip . the concierge reception staff were all very helpful and nice.

I have stayed at this hotel before, but I used it again. Each time I feel the high-ceilinged entrance and the open poolside make me feel very relaxed. Slow check-in
Check in for two rooms took 17+min. This does not include time I was in the queue which would add another ten minutes. Bedsheets and pillow cases did not have a pleasant smell. Requested for these to be changed and it was fine after that. Kids pool is fun for kids.
