"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace and well stocked mini bar. The vibe at Banjaran is laid back and low pressure. Long lazy delicious breakfasts and options to relax and decompress around the site, spa, sauna, pools and places to just site and watch the world go by. At the core of the Banjaran experience are the staff who are friendly, quietly efficient and always purposeful. "

"Room is big but old. Toilet needs renovation as it look old, dirty and mold were everywhere. However, the plus point was the Front Desk staff. They were friendly and helpful, especially Hanis and her team who’s worked on 21/10/24 evening."

"As a family with children aged 10 and 12, we absolutely loved this resort. The pool was invaluable to be able to have time for ourselves to relax as well as the children. Buffet was great and the manager was amazing. Our children loved watching the baby reef sharks swimming next to the jetty out the front of the resort. Would highly recommend to both couples, individuals or families as they offer something for everyone. "
