"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept, clean, and comfortable. The rooms had high quality amenities and the blackout curtain features were greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had a great variety of food. The executive lounge is a must have upgrade to consider. I really enjoyed being connected to the Sentral transit center which made transportation easy and convenient. I would stay at this location again upon my return. Thank you. "

"I have traveled the world many times. Over 1,000,000 miles in the air last I checked. I have stayed in slums and I have stayed in resorts. This is the best place I have stayed by far and for a great price. The food was great, staff was very friendly and attentive, all spoke English pretty well. The room service was divine and the buffets were insanely assorted and delicious. It is a short boat ride to different islands for snorkeling and water activities. Additionally if you upgrade you get access to free food and alcohol for afternoon tea and adults time in the restaurant. They also have so many activities for children and you can drop your child around 11am and have that romantic vacation you have been wanting while your kids play."
