"This is without doubt a spectacular setting! We really enjoyed our stay. As others have said the decor is tired and I would add that the family chalet is still Not particularly roomy. The staff around the hotel are warm and friendly but there is not the ratio of staff to guests you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
