The location is perfect for people arriving late or needing to leave early. It's only a few walking minutes away from the terminal. In addition, it's also only a few walking minutes away from the Food Garden, which offers lots of good food choices at reasonable prices

Great hotel for an early KLIA departure. Free shuttle service from level 1 to hotel, although it is walkable. Room was good but our lights tripped off but it was quickly resolved. Plenty of food options just not sure we picked the best one. There was a covers band playing in the bar which was fun. Great airport hotel.

Excellent place to stay for long layover / late arrival / early departure. 10 min walk from the terminal (through indoor bridge). Room is clean and quite, staff is super friendly and willing to offer helps, and the breakfast is really good. There is also complimentary luggage storage available for customers. Nothing to complain.

Convenient hotel close to the airport. People are very nice, but service is lacking. No one answered the phone to arrange a wake up call. Long order and food time at the restaurant. Room aircon filters look like they have never been cleaned. Good if you have an early flight vut that is all
