Shopping Hotels in Sabah from AED 78

"Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have. "There is no signage for reception on arrival at this property. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down.
