"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Very good especially for the price paid. The bed was very very firm and not to my liking. Hence the 3 star comfort rating; everything else was great. You are renting an apartment in a large building so many residents as well as some visitors. The facilities were nice and not really populated. "I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with nice amenities like slippers, which added a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortably cool throughout my stay. However, there were a couple of minor issues. The bathroom door could use some repainting and a good cleaning, as it didn't quite match the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, I did notice some noise from the road, even on the 21st floor, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite these small drawbacks, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations."
