"We had a wonderful stay at the E&O hotel, the surroundings were lovely and it had such an old school luxury charm. All dining areas were lovely and the club lounge for cocktail hour added something extra special. "Very good location per se, but bit far from most places. It's a resort, great for family and elderly. Not that great for singles or friends. Breakfast was ok initially, but last couple of days it deteriorated with most items running out Property is decent and room are fine. Very friendly staff, though reception staff are not that great with English, at times."

"The room is quite spacious and clean. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Like the location of the hotel, walkable distance to some malls and eatery. Will definitely stay again when coming to Penang."

"Generally a great property and wonderful beach.For the beach towels one has to walk up to the pool area to get and return towels which can be a small hike in the hot sun. Great Thai restaurant and service. Dayana and Brassarie were great restaurants. However it always took time for the wait staff to get your order. You had to wave them down for additional service and to obtain your bill after you were done. None of these issues would deter me from returning."
