"This is a beautiful resort. Plenty of chairs by the pool and beach. Lots of open air areas to sit out of the sun or rain with views of beach and property. "The resort truly is beautiful, I loved the scenery filled with trees, flowers and plants. The beach is also beautiful. Most of the staff is very pleasant, they greet you as they pass by. The only thing I didn’t like was the service in the buffet. They need to work on making sure that there actually is food available. The majority of the time they had empty pans and they didn’t seem concerned with replenishing even when there is still much time until meal times were supposed to end. The food was...

"Resort is not fully open yet. Grand opening is in March. Expect very few guests and no nightime activity. The resort is beautiful and Master Suite Room is amazing. we were on the top floor facing pool in building 3. Zel Beach Club is not a long walk (10 mins) and shuttles are available if needed.
