"Nice upscale property. Nice weather but humid in November About 5 miles from Zihua and 3 miles from Ixtapa centro. Lot of walking down and up from the private beach and the swimming pools to the rooms. Beach elevator been down for few month. No hot tubs except in upgraded rooms. Far from town. Can’t walk it, need to take taxi. One way cost between $5-$8. They have buffet and 3 other private restaurants on the property. Meal per person about $22. Check buffet prices and what is included...

"The package was sold with a pool being taken out of service. There was also construction to repair a pool and build a pool. I allready paid for the trip and didn’t have enough funds to book a second trip. So I went hoping for the best. The beach is tiny and is there are gangs running an unsafe seafood experience. "Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!! "
