"I really love my stay at the Azul Resort. The only thing that I didn’t like was at the time of check in and also at the time of check out. The receptionists was rude and she didn’t made me feel welcome at time of my arrival. I made two reservations under my husband’s name and some how there was a confusion in the reservations. "The Thompson is a modern Mexican hotel located on Playa Ropa. You can walk to restaurants and are an easy 5 min cab or 100 MXP to the center. We enjoyed our stay and ate at both of the restaurants on the property which were excellent. The massage was wonderful and if you need help with a tour they are accommodating. A lovely get away! "
