"An amazing property with an amazing staff at every turn. Their beach club facilities are spectacular and the views of Acapulco are tremendous. Can you believe they deliver coffee and treats to your private bungalow every morning before breakfast! "The package was sold with a pool being taken out of service. There was also construction to repair a pool and build a pool. I allready paid for the trip and didn’t have enough funds to book a second trip. So I went hoping for the best. The beach is tiny and is there are gangs running an unsafe seafood experience. "This is a lovely property with friendly and very helpful staff. The beach is clean and beautiful and beach staff is great. The pools could use a little maintenance on things like broken tiles, but appeared overall clean and inviting. Spa staff was great. Only hazard I ran into was the two steps down off the bed in the middle of the night."
