"Great view from the 27th floor but only 2 unairconditioned elevators were working so it took awhile to get to and from room. We did have a maid let herself into our room a few hours after we checked in. I don’t know what she was looking for but she left when she saw us inside the room"

"Clean rooms, friendly staff, good restaurant options and food. Free transportation to all Princess properties which was nice surprise specially if you dont rent a car, that makes the experience even more comfortable and safe for guests staying here."

"The hotel was very nice, the view is incredible, food was delicious, activities and shows were great, kayaking to the island and sailing are also included, maybe they can add an air hockey table to the family room and a room for teenagers with video games, overall great vacation!"

"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...
