"aThe room we booked was really comfortable and clean on arrival. We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly. He gave us a discount code for the shopping centre car park and we explored city centre because the location of this hotel is perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful, we asked...

"A unique hotel with bedrooms and outdoor hot tub facing north so you can watch the northern lights from the hotel. At the edge of town with resteraunt and bedroom view over river and smoking hills from the local hot springs. The breakfast was amazing and staff helpful. We dined in the resteraunt a few times during our stay. The food is amazing but a little pricey. Much like all icelandic resteraunts. Some beautiful walks around the area. Would definately stay here again. "
