"The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and for a good length of time. The position was perfect. The building was full of character, which did mean there were some ‘downsides’ (not being able to open windows for example), but the history outweighed the negatives. I would have loved to have been able to have more information about the history of the building to study. "

"The hotel is beautiful and it was about 95% renovated. The room is 100% new which is superb. It seems a lot was invested in the furnishings. The bathroom has a shower and is very small but functional. The twin beds were too narrow and a little uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is in the old city which is very good and within walking distance to sights of the old city. We recommend going to FC cafe which is right opposite the university. Also right there is an excellent sushi and Korean...

"Beautiful, old world charm, comfortable and cosy stay. The food from the restaurant was amazing, we ate all our meals there or ordered room service. The breakfast buffet was also amazing. The staff is very attentive and very helpful. 12 out of 10 amazing stay and will stay again if we’re ever in Zakopane!"
