When we stayed there was lovely Christmas family experiences, lots of family groups, disco and games in the evening, Santa visited all very exciting. "Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "
