"Stayed at hotel for a random one night weekend family get away. I read the usual reviews prior to booking which was enough for me to take a chance. I must say, the hotel did not disapoint, the staff were friendly, hotel clean and the grounds were gorgeous. When you travel with children it can often feel like your in the way of other hotel guests, especially couples who are wanting that romantic trip away. "Hotel was lovely and staff were amazing. Only thing was when we went to our room and opened the fridge to pop some drinks in, it hadn’t been cleaned from whoever was in the night before. There was still a cake lying on the fridge and it had began to go off and go into the rest of the items in the mini bar :( and some of the milk had been used from the previous people - so we had to ask for the fridge to be cleaned and then restocked. Think this should have been done prior to us checking in! "

The use of health club facilities was wonderful after a long drive. The staff i dealt with were friendly and welcoming and answered any queries I had. "
