"The hotel itself is wonderful. Service was very good. Staff at the lounge and other restaurants were friendly and very professional. The food was far above expectations. Our only issue was that the room we booked was located on level -1(the basement). It was selected because it was advertised as a garden view with a balcony. "The lake and property are stunning. That alone is a reason to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was always wonderful. It is located near the National Park. The hotel room was large and had a comfortable bed. The staff in the smaller restaurant were poorly trained. It took15 minutes for them to arrive with a menu. We had to get up and go to them as we could never get their attention when we needed something. It took 3 tries to get a correct bill. I would recommend it overall."

Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. "We got a free upgrade on our room which was a Fantastic start to our stay. They also left a beautiful happy birthday note for my husband and chocolates. Such a thoughtful gesture. The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!...
