"As usual excellent stay, staff friendly and welcoming. Nothing to much trouble. Recognised by a few of the staff, especially those in the restaurant. "

"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"Great location, exit hotel and you're looking at Big Ben. Quick walk to Westminster tube station. Easy walk to Trafalgar Square. Plenty of food spots and shops including a Starbucks and Subway. Plenty of nearby tourist spots nearby. Only negative for me was the bathroom lighting: only overhead lighting and not too bright. So not great when trying to shave while looking into mirror."

"Upon checkin I never did get any access, confirmation, or other for the VIP ACCESS services that I was confirmed during booking. No Courtesy Beverage, nor Special Discount on Meals. Please advise, because otherwise I had high marks on the Tivoli Hotel. Thank you."

"This property had everything that you would want in a city hotel. The staff is wonderful, the cafe area is perfect to relax in at the end of the day or gear up for the day in the morning. The bed was extremely comfortable, the rooms are designed well and service to the rooms was the perfect level. Highly recommended!!"
