"It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking. Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect. Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements. "

"Very enjoyable. Arrived by plane. Easy train and streetcar trip to hotel. Excellent streetcar and U-Bahn connections all around city. Room was very comfortable with separate bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful full hot breakfast each morning. "The property is really nice. Our biggest problem was that our room was at the end of the hall and threw a doorway where our room and two others were located. All overhead lights in that hallway were out. We asked the first night that at least one of them be replaced because it was so dark. It never happened.
