"Lovely place to stay"

"Arrived around 10 PM, quick check in by very helpful receptionist. first impressions very good.Got to room tired and went stright to bed. Checked room in morning and it looked very tired, the bed base was covered in vinyl leather which was peeling off, cracked and poorly repaired tiles in bathroom and entrance and worn through laminate flooring. "Overall a good stay. Great location. There where problems with their billing process. It didnt make sense how it was done and even though you choose the 'pay at property' option they take a nights stay cost days before you even get there which is not noted when booking the stay and I was not even informed that they where going to do it."

"I’ve stayed here before and love the design/location so was pleased to return. The staff were really helpful/pleasant and the room was very clean with toiletries/towels/refreshments replenished. My Nespresso had a slight leak - I meant to mention it to the staff/team. The pricing was modular and so breakfast/spa access was optional. I can understand this and next time will book into the spa but part of me thinks spa access in a boutique hotel should just be standard. I opted for breakfast...

"This hotel is like the Tardis- looks tiny from the inside but is actually substantial. Room had lots of amenities- hairdryer, iron, safe, tea/coffee. But if you like an early night this is the wrong part of town as even though it was a Sunday there was music blaring til 2300 and then a huge amount of noise at 7am when the refuse collectors took the bottles from the bins! Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but be warned. Staff very friendly, location is a short walk from everywhere you might need...
