"The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location, although the carpark is very small and was fully occupied by the time I arrived. Customers using the hotel restaurant. Public parking is nearby at £1 a night. The room was very clean and well presented, however some of the furniture is rather tired looking. There's a good choice of quality tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water in the room. I'm very happy with my stay. Sadly I had to leave early and missed the breakfast. "

"- The attitude of management after our first stay on cleaning issues was rude and deducted £50/- for most of the spots which were not done by us and some of the spots were easily removable - Asking us for TV remote on our second stay during our check-in which was very disappointing check-in for us. "For the second time in the span of 3 weeks they mixed up the keys for self-check-in so after taking a bus, the tube, a train and a cab to get there, I wasn't able to check in. I had to wait by the door with my luggage until someone from ESA brought the spare key. After 20-30 minutes someone let me in the apartment but wouldn't let me keep the key so I was stuck in the apartment for another hour or so until they brought the correct keys.
