"Room was good, excellent shower. Food in the restaurant was good. "

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Had executive room 1016 for one night. Very spacious, seating area, bath with seperate shower and comfy, although smallish bed. Does look onto Friar Street so very noisy and had to keep windows shut which did mean room got very warm even with AC on. Parking on site very convenient. Staff all very helpful. Pool lovely. "

"Friendly staff, nice and clean however, our bed legs shattered, we were given another room, which was a standard room and not refunded the extra I paid for bigger room. "

"Lovely big rooms, very confortable bed and goid to have use of leisure facilities. Staff friendly and helpful - relicated me to a feound floor room as lift not working which i appreciated. Plenty of parking close to reception. I dudnt eat at the hitel so cannot comnent on food."
