"Absolutely brilliant stay as a family with a 3 year old. We dined in at the buffet (a scary notion for a coeliac), the staff made me a pizza to order to ensure I wasn’t ill and also did the same with my breakfast in the morning. They have allergy matrix out and as soon as I said coeliac they were all exceedingly accommodating and mentioned cross contamination before I could. It genuinely felt like they cared. We couldn’t have asked for more!"

"The hotel is closing to guests in order to take in refugees so not such a smooth operation. Not the fault of staff who were all friendly and helpful. Full marks to Kamman who kept bar open after his shift ended for late revellers. We were attending a wedding nearby so didn’t require full facilities. Breakfast ok but very busy. "

"Lovely big room, huge comfy bed..Couldnt get radiator to work in bathroom . Curtains badly hung missing several rings thus hanging down from pole so made them look a bit scruffy . Staff were nice. We stayed when hotel was not busy. Breakfast quality ingredients nicely cooked but no bread or toast with full breakfast which I found unusual. Overall enjoyable stay and would stay again"

"This was more than I expected especially for the price! We stayed here the first night we had flown into Heathrow and because it was so quiet and convenient to the airport, we booked our last night here also. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the gym!! And the dining was also excellent- I would highly recommend the breakfast, a very large variety to choose from for one price. We also appreciated that this hotel had a scale to weigh our luggage prior to getting to the airport. Highly...
