"The Rydges Hotel was close to the cruise terminal, the harbour front, ferry, and The Rocks. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good with food variety. The wifi worked well and the bathroom shower stall was very nice. Compared to other nearby hotels it was less expensive, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. "

" Beautiful hotel, lovely staff everywhere. The view overlooking the opera house is fantastic. The only thing that needs looking at is the breakfast it's ok but for 5* it should be better coffee area is defo not 5* and the food is a little tasteless . I stayed at Jen by shangri la in singapore and that is far superior at the breakfast buffet . "

"Wonderful hotel, perfect location, and lovely room. Slightly dated on the outside but modern inside with all 5 star amenities! The reception were very helpful, The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in, and great to have a pool to relax in after a busy day exploring the city. Highly recommend and really enjoyed our stay! "
