"We had such a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific! 5 stars! We were given such a wonderful surprise by getting upgraded to a harbour view room - fell asleep looking at the sails and lights on the water. One of the best views in vancouver! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The details and lay-out are well thought out. Beds are so comfortable and TV was easy to use. The housekeepers do a wonderful job! There are some signs of aging but it truly does not feel dingy or dirty but rather just some character. A real, quality hotel! We loved that our room had small windows that open - it appears not all rooms do, so inquire when booking. It is a great location and really a beautiful landmark. Because it is such a popular and large hotel, check in/out had a line each time we went to the front desk and there were two occasions when our keys didn’t work. However there was always someone on the flood that was able to let us in to our room and then we got our keys sorted the next time we went out. We ordered room service once and it was so beautifully plated and presented. Such a treat! There was some inaccuracies on both the printed menus about what was included - said ‘and’ not ‘or’ but apparently they had changed it. They were apologetic and said ‘easy to misunderstand’ but it wasn’t that, it was a printed mistake. A minor thing, but can be disappointing when it’s not dealt with. Would absolutely stay again, highly recommend! A memorable stay! "

Great location, nice size rooms and comfortable beds. The room and property was also very clean. Location was perfect! Would stay again! "

"Loved loved loved staying here. Such a great downtown location. Bike Share available to make downtown transportation easy. Stayed in a room with Club Lounge access with we thought was great. Disappointed in the TV in the room - old technology that was slow and couldn’t connect to devices. Loved our stay and would stay again without a doubt. Gardens in front were so lovely and the lights in the trees at night were magical. "
