"We stayed here 1 night at the end of our vacation. My kids loved the bathrobes, slippers, the view (hotel occupies floors 8-30), the beds, and the modern decor. I liked the location as we hadn’t yet seen Shinjuku and loved proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen. "

"The room was clean and nice, the setup wasn't ideal with the way the furniture was dated and there really wasn't many places to put clothes for a long stay. The bathroom was clean just dated. But the cleaning staff left clean towels daily."

"Clean hotel about a 12 minute walk to Shinjuku Train Station South Exit. There is an underground safe walking route if it's raining outside. The breakfast buffet at either the 25floor or at the annex is very good and worth the price. There are 2 convenience stores and other restaurants onsite. The Metropolitance Government Building is 1 block away with an outstanding 360 view of Tokyo and it's FREE! At night, there is a nice light show of the government building that's nice to see from the hotel room. "
