"We had a great time at the location. At first I was scared because I had been reading the reviews of how small the rooms were but honestly they were ok. Our room had two double beds and a pull out couch so we were able to fit 3 adults and 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons with no problem. We did get a corner room. Everyone was very nice. I wish I could have had their breakfast but it was sold out during our entire stay. 7/11 is like 30 steps away and don quijote was 3 minute walk. "

"Thank you to all staff at the Hotel Gracery Ginza for a wonderful week long stay. We had 3 bookings for that week and asked if we could stay in the same room without checking in and out. The friendly staff at the front desk looked into it and since all our bookings were in the same category room they combined the reservations to one so that we could just check in once for the whole week. We loved that the staff were very attentive to our needs such as lending us an extra lamp for the room. We also loved the snack station with coffee juice and Japanese snacks in the lobby. We highly recommended your hotel when we got back home to our friends who are thinking of visiting Tokyo in the near future. "
