"It was great having so much space with the family. The hotel had coin laundry facilities which was perfect when travelling with 2 babies under 2, and the surrounding area was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the free snacks and the front desk were very helpful finding one of our bags when it went missing in transit from Tokyo."
