"The staff were very polite and accommodating the room was boutique and had everything you needed although the second stay they neglected to refil the milk but did so as soon as notified. The breakfast was delicious and a good selection. Stairs were very creaky to our room and I wouldn’t have wanted to come back late for fear of waking other guests. Overall a pleasant stay. "

The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. "Staff very helpful and restaurant offered a decent range of options. Bed extremely comfortable and 1st floor corridor generally quiet. Somewhat disappointed that room was not made up until after 4pm on a couple of days, had to go down to lounge area to wait for cleaners to finish. Also noticed that glasses were left outside rooms and not collected from several hours, this presented a trip hazard and a danger for guests especially children. Overall a most enjoyable 4 day stay."
