"Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side. "

"It was a boutique style hotel , small but quiet . The only thing I didn’t like was they had us to pay additional fee for extra bed for my 8 years old daughter,but never provided extra bed !!! I was not happy to pay this fee as we had already prepaid through Expedia for our stay . The breakfast was OK , it was not a buffet with not mush options . "
