"Great location in London on the edge of Chelsea and Belgravia. Lots to walk around and see in the area and right across from a Tube station. Our initial room was designed for disability accommodations and had no view and a bathroom with an open shower that flooded the entire room when you showered. We were able to upgrade to a much nice and more acceptable room after the first night."
