"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

The key turned a strange way and felt it was something simple they could have told us rather than having to go all the way back to reception. "This property is falsely advertised. It is not new, sleek, or modern. The room is in a run-down building that does not feel safe. The flat is very far away from the lifts and there is not adequate signage about the way out of the building. The room was run down and shabby and looked nothing like the photos. There was black dust from the street accumulated in all the windows and the entire building smelled moldy. I left immediately and did not stay there and the hosts would not offer any refund."
