This was an awesome place to stay. If you want to experience London from a local perspective Chelsea is a good area to stay and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly. I would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and we loved the location of the hotel. During our stay, the hotel had some technical issues but the staff was very supportive and within a few days after our checkout, we received a partial refund to compensate us for those issues.
