"The property has beautiful views of the water and is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed massages at the onsite spa and a wonderful dinner at the restaurant which also has amazing views of the water. We loved the cozy fire pit outside!"

"Stayed one night with 2 kids. Like: Butler service was a ring away and were very helpful and attentive to our needs. One of the best indoor pool with a view in Toronto. Could improve: they need attention to detail for taking extra efforts for some surprise or goodies or something for kids. I expect this from a 5 star hotel where we have received many surprise elements elsewhere. "

"We choose to stay here as it is close to family on Runnymede. Opening the breakfast room is a terrific addition. Our only tiny concern is the pillows. We prefer firmer ones. Could you have housekeeping start a pillow menu?"

"We came during the holidays and they had different activities for kids. The game room was a hit with our kids. In the evening there was a zoo to you and the facilitator was incredible. We also did ski lessons and the instructors patience with the beginners and encouraging. "

"We were lucky that not many people were staying at the hotel, making it peaceful and quiet. We also had the chance to enjoy their barrel sauna. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the spa and outdoor jacuzzi were closed, and while the pub was open, it was undergoing a small renovation and felt cold. Other than that, the food was delicious. Overall, I’d recommend it! ☺️"
