"Our first time staying here. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. They had a lot of amenities such as pool, gym, dining which were great. They don't have cleaning services unless you're there for a week or longer and even then they charge you. One thing I didn't like was that there was zero storage. I'm the type of person to unpack and use drawers. But there was no drawers, just an open table and the bathroom had one small shelf, no where to put toiletry bag or any toiletries. "

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. "Easy check in and check out. The properly is very nice, clean, had everything we needed. The property manager contacted us about early check in option. Beautiful and quiet area on the lake. "

"The room was dark and dingy and had pluming issues , not only are room but the entire resort to bad because the resort has a nice beech and beautiful view of the lake . I would have to say the rooms are tired and in need of an up date . Hey that's just my opinion but I have to say I've been there 4 times I guess it's the views and the call of the loons that get me every time ."

"We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant! We would highly recommend this resort!"
