"Overall it was fine. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The checking in and out process was easy. However, out of the 3 elevators, 2 were out of order which caused extended wait times. That was very inconvenient especially for a building with that many floors. The gym equipment was dated and unkept. The kettlebells were all rusty. The spa was permanently closed which bummed me out. There was no room service as in food and beverage. You would...

Every officer starts their siren before their shift . Its rather inconsiderate especially at all hours of the night. Can they not do it during the day? Its disturbing the peace. Especially since they are next door to 2 different hotels. "

"The hotel had a very bad odder throughout the building, the room had a very strong smell of smoke even though it was a smoke free building. The front desk clerk noted on our file that there was a smell. The room was dirty and the floor was sticky in some areas, we did not take our shoes off until we went to bed. The staff was friendly but we asked to have a wake up call and a cab these were not done and the morning front desk clerk said that there was no note of our request "
