"Service was excellent, and the facility common areas are well-maintained and very clean. My room in the original building was clean, however it needs some updating and general maintenance. The exterior of the building is also in need to some genera maintenance. It's beginning to show its age since the last renovation. The value of the room was excellent. "

"The hotel was perfectly located in the historic Monterey area and an easy walk to the Ward! It’s a super fun and quite different! A mini fridge would have been helpful, and the little heater knob is a bit tricky to find if you’re not sure what to look for, but nothing to worry about. We loved it and will be back!"
