"Wonderful hotel in a central location in Venice. The staff were amazing, we had a Junior Suite with a balcony that overlooked the lagoon and it was gorgeous. The room was large as was the bathroom and the balcony was an added bonus. Well located with the water taxi and water bus stopping right out the front made it very easy to get to and from the airport and over to the other islands. Also very walkable to all the attractions in Venice, we were very happy and would definitely stay here again."

"Very convenient location close to the water and water taxi stations. Its located in a quiet part of the city which provides much needed reprieve. The apartment is well equipped with a washer dryer and air conditioning which was very much needed in the heat and humidity. The couple hosting us were absolute sweethearts and responded promptly. "Typical hotel you find in Venice, old rooms but bathroom was updated and modern. Overall the room and hotel was very clean, and in a good location. Would recommend. Only downside is we booked a triple room with 3 single beds, but one bed was a rollaway one (not expected, according to the description) but not a big deal for us. "

"We stayed 5 days for our honeymoon. This property is everything that is advertised and more. The host are more than accommodating. If you plan to stay in Venice I highly recommend this property. Close walk to shops and restaurants and maybe a 7 minute walk to st Marco square. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our Venice vacation, in no small part due to this excellent VRBO hosted by Irene and Francesca. It is located just a minute from access to water taxis, yet you're on a secluded (and safe) alley. Step outside the VRBO and start winding your way through Venice's incredible network of alleys, lined with cafes, restaurants and shops. Even better, this VRBO is not in the heart of the most touristy areas, yet you're also just a short walk from those areas. Just a perfect...
