"Having an apartment overlooking a canal in Venice says it all but we feel we should add a few more positives. The neighborhood is Venetian and real, only a hop, skip, or jump from the popular tourist areas. The apartment has lots of windows as it’s a corner unit. We rarely use the heat, but it was a nice, efficient option as we were there during a very rainy time. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of amenities. "We decided to stay here because it’s close to the vaporetto stazione Fte. Nove A. Best decision. It’s close to everything. Room is a bit small but it’s an old city with old buildings so it was expected. Water temp never faltered. Perfetto! Love, love the staff. Will definitely stay here again. "
