" A beautiful old style palace boutique hotel. It has some amazing fresco and the state room is worth the entry fee alone. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to arrive by Water Taxi. It also located beside the Gondola station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little dated by modern standard but otherwise comfortable and clean. Would consider again in the future."

"Having an apartment overlooking a canal in Venice says it all but we feel we should add a few more positives. The neighborhood is Venetian and real, only a hop, skip, or jump from the popular tourist areas. The apartment has lots of windows as it’s a corner unit. We rarely use the heat, but it was a nice, efficient option as we were there during a very rainy time. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of amenities. "I don’t usually share reviews, but this hotel was extremely nice.receptionist service was phenomenal the way they took care of the rooms when we were gone was spotless. The hotel stay was beautiful. We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. Overall I couldn’t have a more better experience and I am looking forward to come back! "

"The hotel is great for a short stay in Venice. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was just what we needed and the small terrace gave a great birds eye view if the City. Only issue was the air conditioning not working - the room was incredibly warm. We were given a fan, but air conditioning would have made us more comfortable."
