"The staff was very kind and offered suggestions for bars and places to go. They set us up with a water taxi for a day trip to Murano and back to the airport. My only complaint would be that our room was rather warm with no way to cool it down besides opening a window. We were on the canal so it was rather noisy with the window open. Otherwise our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, the court yard was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again."
