"Fantastic. The location was amazing, on the Grand Canal, a five minute walk from Piazzo San Marco. The staff was so warm and helpful. Anthony gave us a wonderful welcome, and Luca and others quickly answered my questions, including those even before we arrived. The breakfast food great, and our room was special, with a spectacular view of Venice. We will stay at the Bucintoro again if we return to Venice."
