Property was beautiful, we had the superior room with the private terrace and it was so nice. The bathroom and room are decorated to a high standard and feels very culturally local and authentically Italian in feel.

While the room was a bit smaller than expected it was perfectly located, and the terrace was a nice touch to be able to sit out in the sun after a long walk. The location is perfect for accessing the water taxi and everything else you could want to see.

Th hotel was very clean and well located. While it is tucked away and quiet, there was some construction going on directly outside of my window. It was unclear why it had to happen there and why it had to happen so early in the day. The staff were pretty helpful but try to upsell you on private transport versus giving you the way less expensive and easy to navigate public options.

It is a bit difficult to find and more like an Airbnb—no one there at evening check-in and I had to call someone to figure out which room was mine and how to key in the code. But what was really strange was when the maid (housekeeping) just walked in without a knock on the door or announcing herself. It was mid-morning and I was asleep in bed--she barged in and spoke Italian for a few minutes, then finally left. The balcony is useless—unless you smoke and need to go outside. The room was TINY, the bed had only a top sheet on it-not a mattress pad under the sheet. There was a nice bathroom with a tub-jacuzzi. People talking at the desk downstairs woke me up. The front desk area is very small & guests had left empty water bottles & trash behind. I would not stay here again—too expensive for what it is…although nice location.

We will definitely be staying here again. The room was a little bit smaller than we had expected, but the bathroom and soaking tub was amazing as was the patio. This was a perfect location to stay and conveniently walk to all of the major sights. Love our 3 night stay!

Great Location!

Great hotel that was so close to everything Venice had to offer. Limited services, but that was noted when booking. Staff was very helpful with travel transfer assistance.
